The program includes the preparation and implementation of a training of trainers (TOT) system to qualify cadres working in educational environments and providers of educational and social services to ensure the quality and spread of the application. It relies on preventive interventions, starting with the launch of national programs to achieve the best interest of the child, establishing a unified hotline and a smart application for reporting abuse, in addition to forming a multidisciplinary rapid intervention team linked to the hotline for urgent response to cases.

The Forum also recommended adopting the mandatory presence of a child protection specialist in all environments in which children are present, whether educational, recreational or service, through training or appointing a specialized employee who is responsible for proactively monitoring daily cases and risk indicators and dealing with various risks that the child may face, with the authority to report directly to the competent authorities in accordance with approved laws and legislation.

This program should be implemented in schools in cooperation with the relevant authorities through training of trainers (and child protection specialists working in the educational sector) to ensure the integration of school work with the child protection system.
