المملكة: With the end of the fall vacation… 6 vacations remaining in the year 1447 AH

About 7 million male and female students will return tomorrow, Sunday, at all levels Generaleducation, in government, private, international and foreign schools, to study seats after the end of Autumn vacation, a return to resume the course of the first semester amid a fully prepared educational system that guarantees a safe and stimulating environment for students and educational staff alike.

The return of students comes after a vacation that extended for ten days, which constituted one of the longest pauses in the first semester, and coincided with an atmosphere of renewal and preparation for the remainder of the approved school vacation schedule for the academic year 1447 AH.

And The current academic year is according to an academic calendar approved by the Ministry of Education, which took into account the balance between learning periods and rest periods, and focused on raising the quality of school life and the efficiency of achievement, by distributing nine official vacations with a number of days of up to 59 days – not counting the end-of-year vacation – of which six main stops remain during the coming months. 26 Jumada al-Akhirah, followed by the mid-year vacation from the 20th to the 28th of Rajab, then the Foundation Day vacation on the 5th of Ramadan, followed by the Eid al-Fitr vacation extending from the 17th of Ramadan to the 9th of Shawwal, then the blessed Eid al-Adha vacation from the 5th to the 15th of Dhu al-Hijjah, leading to the end-of-year vacation that begins on the 10th of Muharram 1448 AH.

This diversity in stopping periods is a pivotal element. In the new calendar, which allows students and teachers to regain their mental and physical activity at regular intervals, and reflects positively on learning outcomes and the balance of school life.

Completing school readiness

In conjunction with the resumption of studies after the fall vacation, education departments in the Kingdom’s regions and governorates are working to complete school readiness through operational plans that include maintenance, cleaning, and preparing classrooms, laboratories, laboratories, and libraries, in addition to activating indicative preparation programs, and enhancing discipline. Schools, and intensifying awareness messages to parents to ensure a stable educational start.

Schools also continue to implement enrichment activities and specific programs aimed at enhancing motivation and motivation, and integrating students into an interactive educational environment from the first day, in a way that supports their academic attendance and enhances the investment of the remaining days of the first semester, all the way to the end of an academic year that is integrated in its time structure and the quality of its content.
