The Saudi stock market index rose 0.3% at the beginning of trading on Sunday


The Saudi stock market index rose () at the beginning of trading today, Sunday, by 0.3% at the level of 10,676 points, with trades amounting to about 100 million riyals.

According to "TadawulSaudi Arabia"The volume of shares traded amounted to about 5.3 million shares, while the market value reached 9.040 trillion riyals.

Shares of 161 companies rose

The beginning of the session witnessed an increase in the shares of 171 companies, compared to a decrease in the shares of 48 companies out of 262 companies listed on the main market.

The shares of: Azm, Gulf General, Rasan, Farm Markets, and Jazadco were the most rising, while the shares of: Bonyan. REIT, Sadaqa, Walaa, Integrated, and Takween declined the most.

Parallel Market

The Parallel Market Index rose (Growth) with the start of trading on Sunday, by 0.1%, with trades amounting to 371.3 thousand riyals, a quantity of shares of 85.5 thousand shares, and a market value of 43.4 million riyals.
The shares of 7 companies rose in morning trading, compared to the decline of the shares of 3 companies out of a total of 126 companies listed in the parallel market.
