“Derayah” distributes 80.4 million riyals in profits for the fourth quarter of 2025
The Board of Directors of Derayah Financial Company decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"This comes in line with the dividend distribution policy for a three-year period starting from the first quarter of the year 2025 AD, which was approved during the extraordinary general assembly meeting on June 23, 2025.
She explained that starting from the fiscal year 2026 and in accordance with the dividend distribution policy that was previously announced on April 23, 2025 AD, the company committed to distributing no less than 60% of the net profits. For the fiscal years 2026 and 2027, these distributions will be announced simultaneously with the announcement of the quarterly financial results for 2026 and 2027.
She stated that the total amount distributed is 80.4 million riyals, while the number of shares entitled to dividends is 243,627,650 shares.
She indicated that the share of the distribution from the distribution is 0.33 riyals, while the distribution ratio is to the nominal value of the share. 16.5%.
The eligibility date will be December 8, 2025, while the distribution date will be December 18, 2025.
