Dubai real estate transactions exceed 10.17 billion dirhams in a week

Last week, real estate transactions in Dubai exceeded 10.17 billion dirhams, after 3,785 transactions were carried out, including sales worth 7.1 billion dirhams.

Monitoring conducted by Emirates Today, based on data from the Dubai Land Department, revealed that weekly real estate sales were divided into 2,588 sales of residential units, 128 sales of buildings, 168 sales of lands, for a total of 2,884 sales.

Real estate mortgages recorded 713 transactions, worth two billion dirhams, distributed as 488 transactions for residential units, 64 transactions for buildings, and 161 transactions for land.

In turn, the value of the donations amounted to about 1.07 billion dirhams, in 188 transactions, distributed among 143 transactions for residential units, 10 transactions for buildings, and 35 transactions for land.

In terms of daily transactions, the total real estate transactions yesterday amounted to about 2.33 billion dirhams, of which sales transactions accounted for the largest share, with a value of 1.88 billion dirhams, at a rate of 80.61% of the total transactions, while the value of real estate mortgages amounted to 354.58 million dirhams, accounting for 15.21% of the total transactions, while donations recorded 97.42 million dirhams, at a rate of about 4.18% of total transactions.

Data recorded in Dubai Land showed that a number of different areas and real estate complexes in the emirate have witnessed a significant demand for sales and mortgages during the recent period, most notably “Jumeirah Lakes Towers,” “Arjan,” and “Business Bay.”
