المملكة: Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, 12,591 graduated from the Saudi Board and Health Academy programs

Under the auspices of The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – celebrated The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties yesterday, Wednesday, graduated 12,591 male and female trainees from Saudi Board programs and The Health Academy for the year 2025, at the Awal Park Stadium at King Saud University.
The Minister of Health and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Authority, Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Jalajel, said during his speech: The health sector is witnessing today, under our wise leadership – may God support it – an exceptional health transformation process, which has made it the focus of attention of many, and presented it to be a center for confronting global health challenges, and it is an extension of the priority and attention given to the health sector, in a country that makes "Human health first"
He added: "The growth witnessed by the Saudi Board programs and the Health Academy programs is one of the results of our health transformation, as today we celebrate the graduation of more than 12,500 trainees, male and female, representing various health specializations in the Saudi Board programs and the Health Academy programs for the year 2025, which is a distinguished group of graduates who are passionate about science and knowledge, driven by desire and empathy, to contribute to raising the quality of health care and raising the average life expectancy of the citizen, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030."

3,500 male and female graduates

Al-Jalajel praised the international dimension that the Saudi Board has achieved, as the number of graduates of the Board’s programs among international trainees reached more than 3,500 male and female graduates, in various health specialties since the Board’s inception, expressing his pride in their choosing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as their training destination.

The Minister of Health addressed his message to male and female graduates from within the Kingdom. And outside, saying: "Today, you not only hold a graduation certificate, but you also carry a message of humanity and hope for every beneficiary, and you carry the trust of a nation that is betting on you to protect human health and create a future with a better quality of life. We are proud of you and proud of what you have achieved, and we are confident that what comes at your hands will be brighter and more hopeful."
He thanked the families of the graduates, both male and female, for supporting their children throughout the training process.

Development of the Saudi Board Programs

The Secretary General of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, Dr. Aws bin Ibrahim Al-Shamsan, thanks and gratitude for the continued support from the wise leadership of the health system and health practitioners, in terms of support and empowerment that enhance the Kingdom’s position as a leading destination in health education and training, as a culmination of the health transformation journey in the Kingdom, to be directly reflected in facilitating access to health care services, and improving their quality and efficiency, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

He pointed to the development of the Saudi Board programs that graduated today. 5,691 graduates, providing the highest levels of qualification to prepare distinguished health cadres with high efficiency, and a professional model to be emulated globally.
In addition to the Health Academy’s contribution to qualifying national cadres through various programs that meet the needs of the health system and health care providers, which provides professional opportunities that enhance transformation in the health sector, as the number of graduates of the Health Academy reached 6,900 male and female graduates in 8 specific qualification programs.
The ceremony witnessed the presence of a number of Their Excellencies and graduates. And their families, while the male and female graduates took the oath.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Minister of Health honored the entities participating in sponsoring the ceremony, and then memorial photos were taken on this occasion.
