The report confirmed that economic diversification and digital transformation have become a necessity to achieve stability and growth, with the acceleration of the adoption of artificial intelligence and advanced fifth-generation networks, and large investments in digital infrastructure and data centers, which strengthens the Gulf’s position for leadership and innovation, with Saudi Arabia distinguished globally.
Digital transformation in the Kingdom
The Director General of International Partnerships at the Saudi Digital Government Authority, Asim Abu Bakr, presented the Kingdom’s experience, stressing that 97% of government services have become digital and integrated, This makes it easier for citizens and businesses to obtain services such as starting a business, education, and health care through unified national platforms.
He stressed that digital transformation is a means to improve the quality of life and productivity.
