“The name does not matter” brings together Moatasem Al-Nahar and Andrea Taya

The rising Jordanian actress, Andrea Taya, returns to the forefront again, looking forward to meeting her fans after a long absence, as Andrea has not appeared on screen at all, since her first appearance in the first season of the series “Al-Rawabi School for Girls,” which was shown on the Netflix platform in 2021.

Recently, Andrea finished filming the series “The Name Doesn’t Matter,” in which she stars with the Syrian star Moatasem Al-Nahar. The series, produced by “Sabah Brothers” Company, has a social character and presents a deep love story that arises between a young man and a girl coming from two completely different worlds, which makes this love experience great social, class and familial conflicts and challenges, such that its fate cannot be predicted.
“The Name Doesn’t Matter” was directed by Layal Rajha and written by Claudia Marchalian, in cooperation with the Al-Sabah Writing Workshop, while the famous musician Michel Fadel left his mark on the work, through his own soundtrack.
In addition to Moatasem and Andrea, participating in the action championship are: Rula Baqsamati, Rodrigue Suleiman, Gina Abu Zeid, Elias Al-Zayek, Lisa Debs, Maria Douaihy, Alco Daoud, Berit Qatrib, Ali Khalil, Jad Khater, and Nepal Arqji. The series is expected to be shown in 15 episodes, starting tomorrow (Saturday) on one of the digital platforms.

Despite her absence from the screen for about four years, Andrea is still present to the public, through her great activity on social networking sites, and the appearance of her name as the advertising face of a number of international brands in the fields: fashion, beauty, and everything related to women.
Andrea is also considered one of the faces constantly present at film festivals and artistic events, which bring together stars from various parts of the Arab world, in addition to being one of the artists active in the media, as she appears constantly in television interviews and across various platforms. She has also appeared more than once on the covers of several Arab magazines, and has conducted various media interviews over the past years.
Andrea’s name became prominent after she starred in the first season of “Al Rawabi Girls School,” and she was also a guest in the second season of the show, where she appeared in one of its episodes.
Moatasem Al-Nahar prepares for Ramadan drama:
The Syrian star, Moatasem Al-Nahar, will not be absent from the Ramadan drama this year, as he is currently filming his scenes from the series “Lobby of Love,” which brings him together with the Lebanese Pamela Al-Kik and the Jordanian Safaa Sultan. It presents social stories in a comedic form, in an experience reminiscent of Al-Nahar’s participation in the series “Zahra Salon”, through which the Syrian star succeeded in presenting a social comedy role.
The series depends on the daily comedic situations that its heroes go through. It is directed by Joe Bouaid, produced by Jamal Sinan, and written by: Jimmy Bouaid and Menna Fawzi. Also participating in the film are: Jesse Abdo, Yara Sabry, Fayez Qazaq, Girgis Jabbara, Ayman Abdel Salam, and Tatiana Merheb.
