His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, inspected a number of creative and cultural institutions in the Al Quoz area.
His Highness said in a blog post on his official account on the “X” platform: “I visited a number of creative and cultural institutions in the Al Quoz area. We are proud of the efforts of the Alserkal Avenue team, which annually hosts two million visitors and represents a forum for talents, a laboratory for new ideas, and a space that embraces more than 90 creative institutions and art halls.”
His Highness added: “During the visit, I was briefed on a number of projects and initiatives aimed at enriching the creative scene and building humanitarian bridges linking cultures and societies.”
His Highness continued: “Dubai, with its vision and the minds of its creators, is moving forward to strengthen its position as a global center for the creative economy, with a firm conviction in the role of culture as a driving force that creates Dubai’s identity and contributes to shaping the features of its future.”
