The Director General of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai, Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, confirmed that what was achieved at the Hatta port “reflects the professionalism of the working staff and their commitment to a methodology that puts people at the heart of its operations, and guarantees the traveler a transit experience that preserves his comfort, even at the height of the seasons.”

He pointed out that dealing with numbers exceeding 145,000 travelers during the holidays “embodies the flexibility of the work system in Dubai and its ability to transform congestion into an organized and smooth experience that enhances public confidence in services.”

Assistant Director General of the Maritime and Land Ports Affairs Sector, Major General Salah Ahmed Al-Qamzi, explained, “The land ports witnessed a synchronization in traffic densities as a result of the celebrations of the two brotherly countries, which necessitated higher operational readiness and well-thought-out deployment plans.”
