Organizing the next edition of the “Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum” on September 23, 2026

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “may God protect him,” and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development is organizing the next edition of the “Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum,” the most prominent annual forum specialized in management and leadership, on September 23, 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The organization of the forum comes as a continuation of the great success achieved by its last session, to continue its role as a platform that brings together Dubai’s leaders from the government and private sectors along with an elite group of international experts, with the aim of consolidating strategic leadership practices inspired by the thought and philosophy of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, which is based on foresight and proactive planning for decision-making, in addition to institutionalizing His Highness’s thought in leadership and management, and transforming his leadership vision into a practical approach that all Dubai institutions operate according to, in a way that enhances the efficiency of government performance and ensures Sustaining excellence in various sectors.

The forum aims to discuss the best mechanisms, initiatives and projects that contribute to implementing the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to make Dubai the best, most beautiful, most sophisticated and civilized city in the world, and to ensure the continuation of its pioneering path in various fields and aspects of life.


Mohammed bin Rashid Medal for Leadership

The activities of the next edition of the forum will witness the honoring of the winner of the “Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Medal”, which was launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in the last session of the forum, where the medal is awarded to the most director of a department in the Dubai government who contributes to the development, empowerment, training and highlighting of second-class leaders.

The medal aims to build a system to empower leaders in every institution by setting clear plans and standards, which will enhance leadership preparation efforts and make Dubai’s experience a global model in developing leaders according to indicators and standards that compare to the best international experiences.

It also aims to enable leaders to manage priority files by granting them full powers, engaging them early in decision-making, and assigning them strategic tasks that enhance their readiness for the future, in addition to highlighting and disseminating pioneering institutional practices by highlighting the success stories of institutions that have made a qualitative leap in empowering their leaders and disseminating them to benefit from them in other entities, as well as establishing a sustainable culture of leadership building.


Discussion sessions

The next edition of the Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum includes holding discussion sessions, workshops and lectures presented by international experts in the fields of management and leadership, in addition to organizing specialized councils for Dubai’s leaders in many vital sectors.

The forum brings together Dubai’s leaders from the government and private sectors to chart the future directions of the emirate, enhance integration between institutions, and unify energies to consolidate Dubai’s leadership and support the process of continuous development in various sectors.

It is noteworthy that the last edition of the Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum, which was held last September at the Dubai World Trade Center, witnessed the participation of the most important 1,000 leadership figures from the government and private sectors in Dubai, where they discussed the future administrative and leadership transformation to consolidate the best leadership and management practices.
