“Islamic Affairs” achieves 100% automation of its services digitally

The General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat has confirmed that all its automated services are now 100% digitally available via the Authority’s website and smart application, ensuring easier and faster access for customers, enabling them to complete their transactions with high efficiency and flexibility.

The head of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat, Dr. Omar Habtoor Al-Darai, said that achieving this qualitative leap in digital transformation comes in line with the institution’s commitment to accelerating the pace of smart transformation and benefiting from modern digital systems and means and harnessing them to serve its mission and goals with sophisticated and advanced civilizational visions.

He explained that the increase in the rate of automation of customer services to 100%, after it was only 43% during the year 2024, reflects the Authority’s keenness to develop its services and provide them to the public and its customers according to the highest standards in keeping with the aspirations of the future and enhances its position as a leading institution in providing innovative and smart services.

He revealed the completion of the restructuring of the Authority’s services in line with its founding tasks and future responsibilities, as part of its strategic plan to enhance efficiency and improve the quality of services, in a way that enhances the Authority’s role and position regionally and globally.
