“Enforcement” supervises 78 auctions for the sale and liquidation of a thousand real estate assets by the end of 2025.
The Enforcement and Liquidation Center (Enfead) supervised (78) real estate auctions during the period from 15 to 31 December 2025 AD, for the sale of (1022) various real estate assets, including residential, commercial and agricultural properties, distributed across various regions of the Kingdom.
The Riyadh region came in the lead of the regions with (21) auctions displaying (311) properties, followed by the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region. With (18) auctions including (296) properties, then the Eastern Region with (11) auctions including (119) properties.
Four auctions will be held in Medina to display (80) properties, in Asir (4) auctions to sell (43) properties, and in Jazan (4) auctions to include (33) properties, while (3) auctions will be held in each of Al-Qassim to display (49) properties, Hail to display (27) properties, Tabuk to display (14) properties, in addition to (3) auctions in Al-Jawf displaying (35) properties.
Two auctions will also be held in Al-Baha to display (6) properties, and one auction in each of Najran to sell (5) properties, and the northern border to display (4) properties.
