The implementation of the project came within a vision; It aims to improve municipal facilities, increase open spaces, address visual distortions, and achieve a balance between the human and economic dimensions in urban planning, which contributes to raising the quality of life in the region.

Shoran Paths

The first phase of the project was completed on an area exceeding 85,350 square meters in the Shoran neighborhood, and included the implementation of main walking paths, dedicated bicycle paths, in addition to green spaces, and seven investment areas, in addition to A sports field and parking lots, which contributed to improving the urban landscape and creating the urban environment for the project.

Within the framework of completing the elements of the project and expanding its scope of benefit, the second phase was implemented on an area exceeding 75 thousand square meters, and included green spaces, a designated bicycle path, three investment areas, three children’s play areas, in addition to a ski area, and a sports field.

Integrated development plan

The project took into account the requirements of comprehensive access, through Providing parking lots distributed throughout the site, including 15 parking spaces designated for people with disabilities, in addition to allocating two areas for loading and unloading passengers, which enhances ease of use for all segments of society.

The Shoran Masarat project comes within an integrated development plan extending over an area of approximately one million square meters; It aims to raise the quality of services in municipal facilities and squares, increase open spaces, accommodate new investment opportunities, and promote social development, which contributes to making the Shoran region an attractive center for housing, entertainment and investment, and achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in improving the quality of life and building more vibrant and sustainable cities.
