The UAE strongly condemned the terrorist shooting incident that occurred during a Jewish gathering in the Australian city of Sydney, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of people.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed, in a statement, that the UAE expresses its strong denunciation of these criminal acts, and its permanent rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism that aim to destabilize security and stability.

The Ministry also expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families and loved ones of the victims, and to the friendly government and people of Australia, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
