121% growth in registration of real estate development projects in Ajman during 2025

Ajman, December 16, 2025 – The Emirate of Ajman witnessed a remarkable increase in the registration of real estate development projects, achieving a growth of 121% compared to 2024, according to data from the Ajman Real Estate Index.

This rapid growth reflects the growing confidence of investors in the real estate sector in the emirate, driven by its qualitative characteristics, the diversity of its promising projects, and the multiplicity of investment opportunities it provides, as well as the smoothness and ease of project registration procedures.
