"Dubai Fitness Challenge" Launches a program "Dubai Transform" For employees of government agencies

Dubai, December 17 / WAM / The Dubai Fitness Challenge launched the “Dubai Transform” program, which extends over a period of 90 days, and aims to enable employees of government agencies to adopt sustainable healthy changes in their daily lives.

The program extends until February 15, 2026, where 31 employees will be able to participate in an integrated journey, including physical fitness, nutrition, mental health, and daily life habits, which contributes to the preparation of “ambassadors for health in the work environment” who are able to inspire their colleagues and encourage them to adopt a more active and healthy lifestyle.

Dubai Transform expands the impact of the Dubai Fitness Challenge by targeting a wide segment of society, thus enhancing a long-term culture of wellness in government work.

Participants will receive individual training plans, gym memberships, health checks, and vital signs within two phases of the program, in addition to nutritional counseling with meal plans, and tracking devices to monitor daily activity.

The program also offers weekly training sessions to enhance commitment and motivation, while trainees have already participated in the Dubai Fitness 30×30 Challenge events, including the Dubai Running Challenge, the Dubai Cycling Challenge, and Dubai Yoga, to experience the various activities available in the city during the month of November.

The program is implemented in Arabic and English, through specialized trainers of both genders, and each participant’s journey is documented through updates on social media, and a final video is issued that highlights the development they have achieved during the program period.

Ahmed Al Khaja, Executive Director of the Dubai Festivals and Retail Corporation, said that the program contributes to transforming the impact of the Dubai Fitness Challenge from a month to a longer period to achieve continuous, sustainable, assessable and measurable results, pointing out that empowering government agency employees, providing them with the appropriate tools, and providing them with the necessary support over a period of 90 days, contributes to a healthier and more sustainable society in the long term.

Since its launch in 2017, the Dubai Fitness Challenge has inspired more than 16 million participants, including more than 3 million in 2025 alone.
