The awards included (10) technical axes: "Strategy, artificial intelligence, shared services, unifying channels, technological innovation, cloud computing, building technical capabilities, supporting digital transformation, technical excellence, distinguished people"
Technology Awards
The first place in the strategy axis was won by the General Directorate of Border Guards, the second place was won by the Agency of the Ministry of the Interior for Security Regiments Affairs, and the third place was by the General Directorate of Drug Control.
In the artificial intelligence axis, the General Directorate of Passports achieved first place, the General Directorate of Civil Defense took second place, and the third place was won by the General Administration for medical services.
The General Administration of Human Resources also achieved first place in the participatory services axis, The clubs of employees of the Ministry of Interior achieved second place, and the Ministry of the Interior Agency for Military Affairs came in third place.
Cloud Computing
As for the unification of channels, the Ministry of Interior Agency for Civil Affairs achieved first place, the General Directorate of Passports ranked second, the General Administration of Financial Affairs and Support Services ranked third, the National Center for Security Operations won first place, the General Directorate of Prisons ranked second, and the Data Analysis Center ranked third, in the axis of technological innovation.
