His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, congratulated mothers on the occasion of Mother’s Day, saying that the mother is the safety valve in her family and a source of strength for her country and society, especially in times of challenge.

His Highness said through his official account on the “X” website: “On the occasion of Mother’s Day, a tribute of respect and appreciation to every Emirati mother who raised her children to love the country and sacrifice for it.”

His Highness continued, saying: “I also salute the mothers of the martyrs, symbols of sacrifice, pride and dignity, who sacrificed their lives in sacrifice for the homeland, and embodied the courage, sacrifices and always honorable stances of Emirati women.”

His Highness stressed: “The mother is the safety valve in her family and a source of strength for her country and society, especially in times of challenge.”

His Highness added: “Happy new year to all mothers in the Emirates and the world in good health and may God bless their lives and their efforts to continue their noble educational, family and societal mission.”
