An American soldier’s message on a shell before bombing ISIS positions in Syria.. What did he write?

The Pentagon published a picture of an American soldier writing a message on a shell, before launching it in the bombing that it said targeted dozens of ISIS targets in Syria.

According to the ministry, the soldier wrote on the shell the names of 3 Americans who were killed in an attack that occurred a few days ago in Palmyra in central Syria. Then the American soldier concluded his message with the phrase: “May your legacy remain in memory.”

Yesterday, Friday, US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth announced the start of a military operation against the terrorist organization ISIS in Syria, in response to the attack that resulted in the deaths of three Americans.
