The Board of Directors of the Digital Research Company decided "DRC" Appointing Fahd Al-Saudi as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Ziad Al-Tuwaijri as Vice-Chairman of the Board.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The appointment came in accordance with the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting held last Thursday.

The Board decided to appoint the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Tadawul Company for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

The company explained that the appointment starts from December 21, 2025 until the end of the current Council session on May 4, 2027.
