Construction costs in Saudi Arabia will rise by 1% during November 2025
Record the construction cost index in Construction costs for sector Residentialat a rate of (1.0%), and for the non-residential sector at a rate of (1.0%).

In the same context, the results of the construction cost index survey on a monthly basis showed stability in prices for the month of November 2025 compared to the month of October 2025.
It is noteworthy that the bulletin of the results of the construction cost index comes within the ongoing efforts of the General Authority for Statistics to develop statistical products for vital sectors, and provide a reliable reference. Effective and accurate estimates to support the decisions of contractors, real estate developers and relevant parties, and contribute to drawing a clear road map for residential and non-residential construction projects in the building and construction sector.
