Oil prices: Brent futures rose to $61.58 per barrel
($1.04, or 1.84 percent) reached $57.56 a barrel.

The supply increase largely offset concerns about supply disruptions elsewhere.
This kept Brent crude futures around $65 a barrel in the second half of 2025, despite a decline in prices last November to increase supply.
While and West Texas Intermediate crude oil rose by about 1 percent in the past few days.
