17 vital areas in Dubai will witness the implementation and amendment of parking tariffs during 2025

Parkin, the largest provider of paid public parking facilities and services in the Emirate of Dubai, announced that 17 areas in Dubai were covered by the application of public parking tariffs and the introduction of a new tariff or modification of the existing tariff, during the year 2025, in addition to determining the tariff for the number of hours and monthly subscriptions, as part of the company’s efforts to organize parking management in these vital areas, improve the efficiency of using public parking, and ensure the flow of traffic.

She explained that the new tariff ranged between two dirhams as a minimum for half an hour or one hour in some areas, and 36 dirhams as a maximum for 24 hours in other areas, in addition to providing various monthly and annual subscriptions that ranged between 300 dirhams as a minimum monthly subscription and 4040 dirhams as a maximum for an annual subscription, in a way that meets the needs of residents, workers and visitors, and is commensurate with the nature of each area and the level of demand for parking, while maintaining free parking in the areas. Specific times, including Sundays and official holidays in a number of regions, in addition to free periods designated for worshipers during prayer times in the parking lots surrounding mosques.

In detail, Parkin implemented a new parking tariff in Zone F of “Al Sufouh 2”, where the tariff was modified to become two dirhams for half an hour, four dirhams for one hour, and 32 dirhams from eight hours to the full day, as part of efforts to regulate parking in vital coastal areas.

The company also introduced, according to reports seen by Emirates Today, new W and WP parking tariffs in Al Qusais First, Al Karama, Dubai Maritime City, and Al Kifaf, where the W tariff was set at four dirhams per hour throughout the day, while the WP tariff was four dirhams per hour during off-peak times, and six dirhams per hour during peak times.

In the Mirdif area, public parking tariffs were applied within areas 251C and 251D, with paid parking from Monday to Saturday from eight in the morning until 10 in the evening, and free on Sundays and official holidays, at two dirhams per hour outside peak times, and four dirhams during peak times.

Parkin has introduced a new parking tariff at Al Khail Gate (365N), where parking operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with fees of four dirhams per hour and 30 dirhams for the full day.

Public parking tariffs have also been applied in the Al Jaddaf area within the plaza parking lots (326C) and side parking lots (326D), according to a system similar to Mirdif, with fees of two dirhams per hour during off-peak times and four dirhams during peak times, and free on Sundays and official holidays.

As part of regulating parking in areas surrounding mosques, new MP and M parking areas were activated near a number of mosques, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with reduced tariffs outside peak times, and free parking available to worshipers during official prayer times.

The decisions also included the application of public parking tariffs in Dubai Outsourcing City and Dubai Studio City under code T, where the tariff is applied from eight in the morning until 10 in the evening, and starts from two dirhams for half an hour and reaches 36 dirhams for 24 hours, with monthly subscriptions of 315 dirhams and annual subscriptions of 2,940 dirhams.

Public parking tariffs have also been applied in Dubai International Academic City under code F, with a tariff starting from two dirhams for half an hour and reaching 32 dirhams for a full day, in addition to the approved monthly and annual subscriptions. Public parking tariffs have also been applied in Dubai Sports City under code S, where fees start from two dirhams per hour and reach 20 dirhams for 24 hours, with a monthly subscription of 300 dirhams, and an annual subscription of 2,800. Dirham.

The tariff application was extended to Dubai Science Park and Dubai Production City under code F, with fees of four dirhams per hour and up to 32 dirhams for the full day, in addition to monthly and annual subscriptions.

The decisions also included the application of public parking tariffs in the Jumeirah Village Triangle under code 684T, where fees start at two dirhams for half an hour and reach 36 dirhams for 24 hours, with a monthly subscription of 675 dirhams and an annual subscription of 4040 dirhams. Public parking tariffs were applied in the Wasl Green Park area, under code 614W, where the tariff is applied 24 hours a day and seven days a week, and starts at two dirhams. for half an hour, and up to 16 dirhams for four hours, with three-month and annual subscriptions provided.

• “Parkin” provided subscriptions that ranged from a minimum of 300 dirhams per month to a maximum of 4040 dirhams for an annual subscription.
