Khaled Al-Ammar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Medical Center, and Hamad Al-Duwaila, Vice President

In its meeting held yesterday, Sunday, the Board of Directors of the Canadian Medical Center approved the appointment of Khaled Al-Ammar as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Hamad Al-Duwaila as his deputy, for the new term, which began on December 28, and for a period of 4 years ending on December 27, 2029.
At the same meeting, the Board approved the formation of the review committee headed by Hamoud Al-Harbi, and the membership of Saadoun Al-Khalidi, Ibrahim Abdullah, and Saad Al-Jammaz.
He witnessed The meeting approved the formation of the nominations and remuneration committees, the Executive Committee, the Investment Committee, the Secretary of the Board of Directors, and the appointment of the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Tadawul Company for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
