“GASCO” completes the procedures for acquiring 50% of “Jaco” for 125 million riyals

The National Gas and Industrialization Holding Company (GASCO) announced today, Wednesday, the completion of all regulatory procedures related to the acquisition of 50% of the company. "Jaco gas"

(GASCO) had signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 50% of the capital of Jaco Gases Company at a value of 125 million riyals after the capital increase.
The financial impact of this deal is expected to appear on the financial statements of (GASCO) as of the third quarter of the fiscal year 2026.
