5 procedures and steps to prevent dust damage

The Ministry of Health and Community Protection has identified 5 procedures and steps to prevent and reduce the health effects associated with dust waves, stressing that awareness and adherence to guidelines contribute to protecting public health, especially among the elderly, children, and respiratory patients.
The Ministry explained that these steps include “ensuring the purity of the air inside homes, closing windows and doors tightly to prevent dust from leaking, cleaning surfaces and areas of the house regularly to reduce dust accumulation, and avoiding leaving the house except for necessity during periods of dust, with the necessity of closing vehicle windows and using the air conditioner while driving, in order to preserve the safety of the respiratory system.”
The Ministry stressed that safety begins with awareness, calling on everyone to follow health instructions issued by the competent authorities, and to take the necessary preventive measures to safely deal with dust waves.
