A subsidiary of the Red Sea Company signs a contract to implement the construction of a hospital for 220 million riyals
The Red Sea International Company announced that its subsidiary, the Primary Installations Company for Electrical Works, had signed a contract with the Arab Hospital Company Limited.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The contract is for the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works (MEP), screed works, and internal partitions, in addition to some civil works for the project to establish a hospital located on the Corniche Road in the southern Obhur neighborhood in Jeddah. 19 floors in addition to two basement floors.
She added that the value of the contract is estimated at 220 million riyals, while the duration of the contract is 420 days.
She expected that the financial impact of this project would be reflected starting in the first quarter of the year 2026 AD.
