A final ruling cancels the stay on the implementation of “Yara’s” claim against “Malan” to pay 17.9 million riyals

Malan Steel Products Company announced the issuance of a final ruling from the Commercial Court of Appeal in Riyadh, in the registered lawsuit filed by Yara International Company Limited against the company.
The company explained, in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading": The court ruled to cancel the decision to stay the implementation of the ruling issued against Malan Iron Products Company, which required it to pay an amount of 17.88 million riyals to Yara International Company Limited. The court also ruled again not to accept the request to stay the implementation.
This development comes in reference to the company’s previous announcement dated July 20, 2025, regarding its receipt of notification of the registration of a commercial lawsuit filed by Yara International Company Limited with the Commercial Court in Riyadh, in which a ruling was issued. A preliminary ruling is required to oblige Malan Iron Products Company to pay the aforementioned amount.
The company confirmed that the ruling issued on January 4, 2026 is considered a final ruling in this regard.
