Train traffic stopped and hundreds of flights were canceled in the Netherlands due to snow

The Dutch railway company stated that no trains would be able to operate until at least 9:00 a.m. GMT, due to problems caused by the snow and the drop in temperatures below zero.

At Schiphol Airport in the capital, Amsterdam, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines canceled at least 300 flights for Tuesday, as conditions paralyzed. Winter weather traffic in one of the most important transport hubs in Europe for the fifth day in a row.
