Stop all military operations inside the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo

The Syrian Army Operations Authority announced the cessation of all military operations inside the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo, starting at three o’clock this afternoon, Saturday. .
The authority told the Syrian Arab Agency (SANA): “The SDF militants holed up in Yassin Hospital will be deported towards the city of Tabqa, with their weapons withdrawn.”

She added that the army will begin handing over all health and government facilities to state institutions and gradually withdraw from the streets of the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood.

The Syrian Ministry of Health had previously said, “The PKK organization (Kurdistan Workers’ Party) and the armed groups associated with it expelled workers and doctors from Yassin Hospital in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in the city of Aleppo, and turned it into a military point where they were holed up, after they fled in front of the Syrian Arab Army.”

For her part On Saturday, Kurdish forces denied a ceasefire in Aleppo shortly after the Syrian army announced the end of military operations in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood, the last neighborhood where Kurdish forces are holed up in the city, after days of violent clashes.
