The competent authorities are following up on power outages in some areas of the emirate

The Sharjah Government Media Office announced that the competent authorities are monitoring the power outage that occurred in some areas of the emirate this afternoon, as a result of an emergency technical defect.

The office confirmed that work is currently underway to address the situation and restore service as soon as possible, with full compliance with safety procedures.

The office added: “We appreciate your understanding, and any developments will be announced in due course.”
