“Masar” assigns the completion of two projects to new contractors for 4.1 billion riyals
Umm Al-Qura Development and Reconstruction Company announced today, Thursday, the completion of the superstructure development projects for the two development packages (A) and (B), which include 7 hotel towers and two commercial centers on 8 plots of land in the destination. The value of the development package contract (A) is estimated at approximately 3.2 billion riyals, and the value of the development package contract (B) is approximately 899 million riyals (excluding value-added tax).
The development package (A) consists of four hotel towers and two commercial centers to be developed on six plots of land in the first area of the Masar destination. Contracts for completing the works were awarded to the main contractor MOPCO and the contract period is 30 months.
The development package (B) consists of three hotel towers to be developed on two plots of land in the third area of the Masar destination, and contracts to complete the project work were awarded to the main contractor. "BEC Arabia Contracting"The contract duration is 30 months.
