A new commercial landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road… opening in early 2027

The businessman, founder and CEO of AHS Real Estate, Abbas Sajwani, announced the launch of the AHS Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The tower was known as the “Clock Tower” due to its resemblance to the famous Big Ben tower in the British capital, London.
Sajwani said on his personal Instagram account: “I am proud to announce the launch of AHS Tower, a distinguished commercial project consisting of 69 floors on Sheikh Zayed Road. “This building revives the clock tower that we purchased last year, and represents AHS Properties’ entry into the commercial real estate sector, introducing a new standard in terms of size, design and upscale executive business environments in the region.”
Sajwani added: “The new design allows us to reshape Dubai’s iconic skyline through this new commercial landmark, which we plan to open in the first quarter of 2027.”
Sajwani, who bought the tower last year for $120 million (about 441 million dirhams), expected to Bloomberg that the renovation work in the tower would be completed by the end of 2026, revealing in an interview that about 95% of the units have already been sold, generating revenues of approximately $600 million (about 2.2 billion dirhams).
