Substantial: Ukraine praises its talks with the United States

Clear security guarantees for Kiev

Kiev seeks to obtain clear security guarantees from its Western allies that accompany any ceasefire agreement with Russia.
Zelensky said in his daily video message: "Several rounds of negotiations have already taken place, and they are working on preparing the necessary documents to end the war"
But he doubted Russia’s desire to end its invasion of his country, noting that Moscow is otherwise focusing on its missile strikes and the daily targeting of Ukrainian energy facilities.

He pointed out that about 58,000 employees are working in various parts of the country to repair destroyed electricity and heating infrastructure, pointing out that the situation in Kiev is still very difficult.
The director of Zelensky’s office, Kirilo Budanov, said on Sunday that Ukraine will receive heating equipment from Italy to support the regions most affected by Russian terrorism in the winter.
