"Federal Human Resources" Launches a program to develop future skills

Dubai, January 21 / WAM / The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources announced a strategic partnership with PwC to launch a knowledge transfer program at the federal government level, which aims to accelerate the development of national talent and enhance their readiness for the requirements of the future.

The memorandum of cooperation was signed by His Excellency Faisal bin Butti Al Muhairi, Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, and Khaled Ahmed Bin Brik, the consulting partner and responsible for the Emiratisation program at PwC Middle East.

The program provides federal government employees with the opportunity for full- or part-time practical learning and training within the work environment at PwC for a period ranging from 3 to six months, with the aim of transferring expertise and applying the acquired skills in their work environment, thus contributing to the development of the government work environment.

His Excellency Faisal Al Muhairi stressed that the partnership with PwC reflects the authority’s commitment to translating the UAE government’s directives towards human empowerment as it is the basic pillar of sustainable growth and the engine of innovation. He pointed out that the knowledge transfer program will contribute to strengthening institutional capabilities, raising the efficiency of government performance, and establishing a culture of continuous learning among Emirati talents.

He said that the program represents a pioneering platform for exchanging experiences between the government and private sectors, which will provide distinguished opportunities to develop the skills of the future, and enable Emirati competencies to lead development and innovation paths in the federal government.

For his part, Khaled Ahmed Bin Brik said that the partnership with the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources will contribute to opening new horizons for learning and knowledge exchange, thus enhancing the readiness of government agencies to achieve a positive and sustainable impact.

The knowledge transfer program with PwC is in line with the objectives of the training and development system recently launched by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, which is based on a global model for capacity development, which provides an advanced application path that enhances capacity building through practical practice by 70% within global work environments, interactive training and exchange of experiences by 20% through guidance and cooperation with international experts, and systematic training by 10%.

The program model contributes to linking training outcomes with work needs, and building qualitative capabilities in leadership, innovation, and future skills, which raises the readiness of national competencies and achieves a sustainable institutional impact.
