"Asasa Real Estate" Showcasing a selection of its projects in "Acres 2026"
SHARJAH, 22nd JANUARY / WAM / Asas Real Estate Company, the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank, during its participation in the activities of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES 2026”, currently held at the Expo Center Sharjah, is showcasing a group of its projects that meet the needs of various segments of investors and buyers, and include residential, tourism, commercial and industrial projects in strategic locations within the country, which reflects the company’s vision of developing integrated communities.
Engineer Amer Al Zarouni, General Manager of Asas Real Estate, confirmed that the company’s participation in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES 2026” represents an important milestone in its expansion plans, noting that the exhibition constitutes an ideal platform for communicating with investors and those interested in the real estate sector.
He said that participation in the ACRES exhibition comes as an affirmation of ASAS’s commitment to providing integrated and diverse real estate projects that meet the aspirations of investors and residents alike and keep pace with the rapid growth witnessed by the real estate sector in the Emirate of Sharjah and the UAE. He stressed the keenness through this participation to showcase the company’s diverse portfolio of residential, tourism, commercial and industrial projects, in addition to providing flexible solutions and thoughtful investment options that enhance investor confidence and support sustainable development.
The projects offered by the company include the Khor Fakkan Resort project, which is a residential project on the waterfront on the eastern coast of the city of Khor Fakkan and allows free ownership for all nationalities. The projects also include the Al Ruwaidat project for residential and commercial lands in Sharjah, which provides flexible investment opportunities for residential and commercial development, in addition to the Al Sajaa Industrial Lands project, which serves the industrial and logistical sectors within a comprehensive infrastructure, the Garden City 2 project in the Jumeirah Garden City area in Dubai, and the Asas 2 building in the Al Falah area in Sharjah.
