The President of the State issues a federal decree appointing Mugheer Al Khaili as Secretary-General of the Zayed Humanitarian Legacy Foundation
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, issued Federal Decree No. 11 of 2026 regarding the appointment of His Excellency Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili as Secretary-General of the Zayed Humanitarian Legacy Foundation.
This decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
