The study directly aimed to raise the efficiency of 40 students by providing them with the latest educational and leadership skills, With a focus on the concepts of teamwork and strategic planning mechanisms for units.
Injecting new blood
Through this program, the Scout Association sought to infuse new blood of qualified female leaders capable of making a tangible positive impact on society, in line with established Scouting values and principles.
