Nominations for membership in the Board of Directors of “Al-Dawaa” are open until next March 16
Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company announced the opening of nominations for membership in the company’s Board of Directors in its next session, for a period of four calendar years.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"Nominations are open from today until next March 16.
Nomination Policy and Criteria
The candidate must fulfill all nomination conditions and criteria approved in the attached Board of Directors membership policies, standards and procedures, and in accordance with the relevant governance rules contained in the systems and instructions of the supervisory authorities. It should be accompanied by all documents, documents and certificates supporting what is stated in the nomination application – in Arabic and English.
The candidate must also not have been previously convicted of a crime of breach of trust or the issuance of a decision by the Capital Market Authority preventing the candidate from running for membership in the boards of directors of listed companies.
She noted that the company is in the process of working on making an amendment to the bylaws, which includes increasing the number of members of the Board of Directors from (6) members to (9) members, as soon as this happens. Approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly within its next agenda, provided that all necessary measures are taken that are compatible with the relevant governance rules.
