Offering 25,000 job opportunities within 15 tracks at the Seasonal Professions Forum in Mecca

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, concluded the activities of the Seasonal Professions Forum in Service for the Guests of God, which was hosted by Umm Al-Qura University at the King Saud Hall headquarters in Mecca; With the aim of raising professional readiness and qualifying national competencies to work in the professions.
The forum, which was held over 3 days, achieved qualitative outcomes represented in the presentation of more than 25 thousand Seasonal job opportunity within 15 professional tracks, with the participation of 26 entities from the government and private sectors associated with the Hajj and Umrah system.
More than 10,000 applicants received recruitment opportunities and direct job offers, exceeding the target of 5,000 jobs, which enabled a number of entities to close their professional vacancies by 100%, in an indicator that reflects the efficiency of matching operational need with qualified competencies.
The forum contributed to building a national database of seasonal competencies that includes more than 25,000 applicants, in addition to more than 10,000 applicants benefiting from vocational guidance programs. "Seasonal trails" To measure job competencies and direct them to appropriate paths, and the participation of similar numbers in workshops and specialized training courses.
The forum also witnessed the organization of 5 discussion panels with the participation of more than 25 specialist and expert speakers, which discussed mechanisms for attracting and qualifying human cadres, and the training needs for seasonal work in Hajj and Umrah system.
