المملكة: Jeddah.. 7 thousand health certificates and 7.4 thousand food tests in January
Announced The Jeddah Governorate Municipality announced the issuance and renewal of 6,993 health certificates during the month of January, in addition to examining 7,448 food samples through the laboratory management, as part of its ongoing monitoring efforts aimed at enhancing food safety and raising the quality of services provided.
The secretariat explained that The supervisory toursincluded health and food facilities within the scope of 11 sub-municipalities, within the framework of implementing the “Ejada” program, which focuses on raising rates of compliance with health requirements, which reflects positively on the quality of service, and enhances the security and safety of food for residents and visitors.
The secretariat confirmed the continuation of its field campaigns to follow up on compliance with health standards and raise the level of compliance in food facilities, noting that facility owners can benefit from Municipal services are easily available through the “Baladi” platform, which allows the issuance and printing of health certificates electronically without the need to visit the secretariat headquarters, by directly linking the results of the medical examination with the health platform.
