المملكة: An initiative to promote innovation and honor the “unknown soldiers” in the education sector
Applied College in Dammam, affiliated with Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University, by honoring a group of distinguished people scientifically and administratively during the annual Excellence Award ceremony, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Fatima Al-Rawajeh, the college leaders, and success partners from the public and private sectors.
The award aimed to deepen the concepts of quality in the work environment, and promote positive trends towards knowledge and scientific research, in an effort to create an academic climate that embraces excellence and creativity and motivates human resources.
Giving Award
The award included seven main branches that covered all aspects of academic and administrative work, including excellence in the scientific process, teaching, scientific research and innovations, in addition to the Giving Award designated for community service, activities and training.
The college allocated a track for excellence in quality and development work, and a track for administrative work, both directed to the administrative body or to the educational body charged with administrative tasks, in addition to the distinguished department award and discretionary awards.
The college administration prepared this The award is one of the most prominent initiatives of the Development and Community Partnerships Agency for the development of human resources, as it is the basic pillar of development, and a catalyst for individuals and institutions to adopt a culture of innovation to enhance scientific and technological capabilities.
A necessary step
The Dean of the College, Dr. Fatima Al-Rawajeh, confirmed that the award represents the highest form of appreciation for the efforts made in all headquarters, describing it as a real investment in Human capital is the necessary step to achieve sustainable development and inspire others.
While the College’s Vice Dean for Development, Dr. Mona Al-Ghamdi, indicated that the celebration targets those who transformed excellence from a slogan into a practice, stressing that true quality advances professional consciences and silent efforts that make a difference and an actual impact.
