With 66 million bags.. Brazil expects a record coffee crop in 2026


The Brazilian Supply Company (Conab) expected that Brazil, the world’s first coffee producer, would record a record crop in the year 2026, with an estimated production of 66.2 million bags of green coffee, an increase of 17.1 percent compared to 2025.

Increase in planted areas

Suitable climatic conditions

According to (Conab), this improvement in productivity is due to more suitable climatic conditions, coupled with an increase in Relying on agricultural technologies and good farm management practices.
It is expected that coffee production will reach "Arabica"the most consumed type, to 44.1 million bags, an increase of 23.3 percent compared to 2025, and the coffee crop is also expected to rise. "Connellon" (Robusta) to reach 22.1 million bags, an increase of 6.4 percent year on year.
