"Emirates Fatwa" He distributes 3,400 copies of his scientific publications and publications at the Cairo Book Fair

Abu Dhabi, February 8, 2017 – The pavilion of the Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa at the 57th session of the Cairo International Book Fair 2026, which concluded recently, witnessed a remarkable turnout of visitors, researchers, and those interested in religious and cultural affairs, which reflected the Council’s status as a national authority for fatwas and a platform for disseminating solid Sharia knowledge and promoting the values ​​of moderation and tolerance.

During its participation, the Council presented an integrated package of its publications and specialized studies in the institutional fatwa system and its scientific methodology, and reviewed the Emirati experience in organizing and governing fatwas and developing its services, keeping pace with social and technical developments, and enhancing confidence in disciplined fatwas as a pillar of intellectual and societal stability.

The council’s platform witnessed the publication and distribution of more than (3,400) copies of scientific and fatwa publications and publications, the topics of which varied between legal rulings, specialized studies, and awareness-raising materials, while the family publications, the conference on the legal comprehension of scientific developments, and the Hajj and Umrah publications received wide attention and a notable turnout from the exhibition’s goers, because of the easy presentation they offer that addresses issues of reality and meets the needs of various segments of society.

The Council’s pavilion recorded a wide interaction of visitors, as the number of visitors reached more than (3,000) visitors who expressed their admiration for the scientific content and quality services provided by the Council, an indicator that reflects the growing public confidence in the Emirati experience in fatwa governance and the quality of its services.

The Council reviewed a number of its national initiatives and specific programs related to digital fatwa services, qualifying fatwa competencies, and building knowledge partnerships, highlighting their role in consolidating national and humanitarian values, and strengthening bridges of communication with scientific and cultural institutions at the regional and international levels.
