Emirates Skywards launches the feature of converting miles into cashback in the UAE

The Emirates Skywards program announced the availability of more options for spending miles through the “Skywards Everyday” application, as members in the United Arab Emirates can now convert their Skywards Miles directly into cash back added to their cards when shopping with the application’s network of approved partners.

On the occasion of the launch of this new feature through the application, and to celebrate providing greater flexibility to members, members of the Emirates Skywards program in the UAE will benefit from a special launch offer, which provides a 50% discount on miles that are converted into cash back, until February 28, 2026.

The Skywards Everyday app allows members to earn and spend at more than 500 partner brands across a wide range of categories, including restaurants, shopping, beauty and wellness, grocery, and services, with a selection of well-known brands, including Costa Coffee, Salt, Al Jaber Opticals, Emarat stations, Swarovski, Guess, Nars, Farm Rio, and Cole Haan, in addition to Cara Jewellery. Tory Burch, Lacoste, and many others.

After completing any purchase, the Skywards Everyday app allows members to choose whether they want to earn or spend miles. If you choose to earn miles, the process continues as usual and the miles are added to the member’s account. If you choose to spend, an alert will appear allowing the member to convert miles into cashback through the application. This new feature emphasizes the freedom of choice that members now enjoy, whether by earning miles or converting them into cashback when shopping with Skywards Everyday partners.

Start earning and spending miles on the go in three simple steps:

1. Download the “Skywards Everyday” application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and log in using your Emirates Skywards data.

2. Save up to five Visa or MasterCard debit or credit cards in the Skywards Everyday app.

3. Earn miles automatically every time a card linked to the application is used at more than 500 Skywards Everyday partners across the UAE.

Skywards members earn 1 mile for every AED 3 spent on major stores, leisure activities, luxury shopping, beauty and wellness, services, and restaurants, and they also earn 1 mile for every AED 5 spent on grocery purchases and pharmacies. Members can earn more miles when using Emirates Skywards co-branded credit cards. Members residing outside the UAE can also download the Skywards Everyday app and earn miles when they visit the country.
