A subsidiary of Al-Khaleej Training, it signs a contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 67.5 million riyals


Al Khaleej Training and Education Company announced that one of its 100% owned subsidiaries (Advanced Communications Systems and Solutions Company – Smart Link) has signed a contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – General Court, to implement the third phase call center for three years.

The duration of the contract is 3 years at a value of 67,498,249 riyals (including value added tax), according to the company stated in a statement on "Saudi Arabia trading"

The contract includes the subsidiary company (Advanced Communications Systems and Solutions Company – Smart Link) operating the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ call center for the third phase. This phase aims to achieve an integrated technical and operational transformation of the call center, enhancing the quality of service and providing an exceptional beneficiary experience across all channels, by employing the latest technologies in the fields of artificial intelligence, multi-channel operation, smart analytics, and cloud computing, to ensure the provision of flexible, safe, and effective services to all beneficiaries inside and outside the Kingdom.
