The Board of Directors of Group Five Saudi Pipe Company decided to appoint Tariq Al-Qahtani as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Salah Al-Qahtani as Vice-Chairman of the Board and Managing Director.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"This came based on the results of the Ordinary General Assembly held last January 28, which witnessed the election of members of the Board of Directors for the next session that begins on February 11, 2026 and ends on February 10, 2030.
The Board’s decisions included the formation of an audit committee that includes: Muhammad Al-Harbi, Salah Al-Hazami, and Salman Al-Shathri.
The Board decided to appoint Fatima Yousef as Secretary of the Board of Directors, and approved the appointment of Representatives of the company at the Capital Market Authority and at the Saudi Tadawul Company for all purposes related to the law, the companies’ system, their executive regulations, other relevant regulations, the rules for offering securities and continuing obligations.
