His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, said via the “X” platform: “Today I honored the winners of the Minister of Finance’s Award for Institutional Excellence for the year 2025, which includes the “Stars of Excellence” category and the “Outstanding Achievement” category and presents professional models that reflect the spirit of commitment and responsibility in government work, and highlight the best national competencies capable of transforming visions and policies into achievements that serve the strategic goals of the state.”

His Highness added: “We are proud of our distinguished national competencies, and we seek to stimulate, invest in and empower them to achieve sustainable distinguished performance and global financial leadership.”

His Highness continued: “In the Emirates, excellence is not given, but rather created, to become a competitive force that shapes the features of the future.”
