Grazing Violation

The Special Forces for Environmental Security arrested a citizen violating the environmental system, for committing a grazing violation (20) of Camels in sites where grazing is prohibited in the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Reserve, and regulatory procedures were applied against them.

The forces confirmed that the penalty for grazing camels is a fine of (500) riyals per piece.

Transporting local firewood

The Special Forces for Environmental Security arrested a citizen violating the environmental regulations, for transporting a cubic meter of local firewood in the Riyadh region, and the procedures were applied. The law enforcement agencies against him, and the seized quantities were handed over to the competent authority.

The forces explained that the penalty for transporting local firewood and charcoal amounts to (16,000) riyals per cubic meter.

The Special Forces for Environmental Security were urged to report any cases representing an attack on the environment or wildlife on the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999).
